Everyone in our house who used this program improved their typing skills. Fun games with good review of skills. A few minor computer glitches in the version we purchased. I would buy it again.

every time, you remove external keyboard or mouse connected laptop is removed or would like to install on other machine, or on any software changes uploads this gets disabled.
you need to send email to customer support and wait two days for their reply.
very bad license management.

Don't buy this version, it is older than the platinum. I saw the good reviews and bought it. . . but I could not get it to work on my computer! Obviously it worked before for the people who gave it good reviews - I have an HP computer that everything works on! There's no phone support - so you have to email and then you arent' sure what they are sending etc. Just get a newer version!

This program automatically installs an older version of the supporting Adobe Flash program filled with vulnerabilities. Even if you patch your machine with the latest Flash version, this program overwrites the new version with the vulnerable old version on its start. I would strongly suggest you not purchase this program unless you want your system vulnerable to Flash hacks. This program is only good for the scipt kiddies learning to hack your vulnerable machine and not as a typing instructor. Individual Software should be ashamed they pushed this poorly coded trash to the unsuspecting users.

I liked that this made typing fun for my daughter. She was not getting very good marks in school for her typing, (she is 10) so I got this game for her and it really helped. She hasn't played it for a few months, I don't know if she got bored of it or if it is to "little kiddie" for her.
